A growing demand for surveys and valuations at property consultants Smith and Sons has seen instructions increase by some 30% year on year since 2013.

Demand for the firm’s services includes RICS HomeBuyer surveys, Condition reports and amongst others, valuations for lending, matrimonial and inheritance tax purposes. The firm has seen instructions received from both repeat and new customers throughout Wirral, Liverpool and surrounding areas with a growing number of survey requests in Wigan and St Helens.
