SMITH AND SONS WELCOME MARK DANN AS BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER

Smith and Sons is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Dann as Block Property Manager, further strengthening the firm's growing specialist Block Management team.

Mark joins the team with over a decade of experience in the property industry, having worked in residential property management since 2014. In 2021, he transitioned into block management, with a well-established Liverpool-based property company, where he developed extensive expertise in managing residential developments and leasehold properties.

In his new role, Mark will work alongside an established team to support clients, delivering professional day-to-day management of residential developments across the region.

His responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and improvement projects, managing contractor performance, and ensuring properties remain compliant with all relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
