SUBS UP FOR LATEST LETTING

The doors have opened at Subway in Wallasey Village, Wirral, following the latest commercial property letting by Smith and Sons.

The former Castle Carpets showroom at 108-112 Wallasey Village has now been transformed into a branch of the popular fast food outlet.

The triple fronted retail property extends to almost 1500 sq. ft. across the ground floor and has now enjoyed a major renovation in line with the firms distinguished brand.

Tom Carew, Surveyor at Smith and Sons commented: “This is a great move for Wallasey Village with the introduction of a big name brand. The building is perfect for their needs, sitting in the centre of the village, occupying one of the largest and most dominant buildings.

“Castle Carpets had been a tenant for some years and once they vacated the property, we knew it would be taken on by another strong brand. Subway has put their own unique stamp on the building and the business is flourishing in this established part of Wirral.”
