SMITH AND SONS REVEAL PACKED AND EXCITING SEPTEMBER AUCTION

Smith and Sons has revealed details of its September auction, comprising 26 strong Merseyside-based lots.

Amongst the lots available is a former primary school in Birkenhead on a site extending to some 0.66 acres for which planning permission has been granted for conversion, and construction of 44 apartments, guided at £850,000 - £1.1m.

A bungalow in prestigious Pine Walks in Penton occupies an elevated position with extensive mature gardens and presents huge development potential and is offered at a guide of £600,000 - £650,000.
