50% OF LOTS SOLD AT LATEST SMITH AND SONS AUCTION

Over half of the properties available at the latest Smith and Sons auction have been sold, resulting in a final sale figure of 1,218,250.
The online sale saw competitive bidding for several lots including large substantial homes on Dunraven Road in West Kirby, and Bayswater Road in Wallasey, realising a final sale figure of £350,000 and £420,000 respectively.
Other lots to be scooped up on the day included a terraced property on Astonwood Road in Birkenhead which sold for £90,000, some £30,000 over the guide. An apartment in Hamilton Square also sold way beyond its guide for £47,500, some £17,500 over the guide.
The auction attracted attention from a broad cross section of potential buyers, from first to home owners, thorough to builders and seasoned developers.
