SMITHS ADD WEIGHT TO METRO BANK PANEL

The Valuations team at Smith and Sons has been appointed to Metro Bank’s valuation panel for RICS valuation services. The firm will support the bank with valuations for commercial lending in areas such as the Wirral, Liverpool, Cheshire, and parts of West Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

Across the firm, the experienced Valuations team hold panel appointments with a number of High street lenders, including NatWest, RBS, HSBC, Handelsbanken, and Shawbrook Bank, along with the majority of secondary and alternative lenders, undertaking valuation reports on commercial and residential properties across the North West.
