We act on behalf of our clients to ensure rents are paid in full and on time. We have experience in dealing with arrears and are quick to act to prevent potential issues. Annual Inspections and Tenancy renewals
The team also provides a service where we will evaluate the overall condition of the property to check everything is in working order and both the interior and exterior is in good condition. The property will be inspected initially at 6 months and then 12 month intervals. It also gives us the opportunity to ensure tenants are acting within the terms of the tenancy agreement.
Tenancy Deposit Scheme
This scheme is run by The Dispute Service Ltd and has two main roles: To protect deposits and to resolve disputes with deposits. We will register all new tenants into the scheme and explain the benefits
Viewings and Inspections

Landlord Licensing Scheme
From 1st April 2015 all private landlords in the City of Liverpool must apply for a five year licence for each of their rented properties.
