SMITHS SALE FOR NEW SALON

Smith and Sons has completed the sale of a commercial retail unit in Bebington.

The building, which contains a large ground floor area totalling some 70 square metres, also includes a three bedroom flat on the first floor.

Already in use as a hairdressers, the new owners are set to modernise the property, using the existing fit out to create a new salon, set for opening in the new year.

Sean Seery, Partner at Smith and Sons said: “This is a really sound commercial and residential investment. The new owners were looking for premises where they could launch their new hairdressing venture and as this had already been in use as a salon provided a perfect fit.

“The flat above will provide an additional funding stream and has been let to a long term tenant prior to the sale.”
