SMITH AND SONS TEAM UP WITH NRLA

Leading property consultants, Smith and Sons, has once again reaffirmed its commitment to its landlord customer base, becoming members of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).

The NRLA is the UK's largest membership organisation for private residential landlords in England and Wales, supporting and representing over 100,000 members. Smith and Sons manages hundreds of residential properties across Wirral and Merseyside, on behalf of a vast portfolio of clients, and is keen to apply best practise in all areas, for both landlords and tenants.

Andrew Smith, Managing Partner at Smith and Sons explained: “It’s incredibly important that we always stay up to date with legislation and are fully compliant. We also want to make sure that we are part of a wider network who can share ideas and introduce new ways of working and thinking, in terms of best practise and considering a wider approach”.

“Our client base continues to grow, with more and more landlords are choosing Smith and Sons to act for them with the management of their property, or properties. Being part of the NRLA gives them piece of mind that we are working within in a wider framework and are part of a recognised body”.

“For our letting and management team, it’s great to have a central resource that we can tap into, seek advice, find information, and have access to training, whilst being part of a body that champions the interests of this important sector”.
