Smith and Sons continues to strengthen its managed property portfolio following the addition of Hargreaves Road, a former Victorian semi-detached dwelling located in a vibrant area of South Liverpool. 

Hargreaves Road will utilise the expert services of the Smith and Sons team to deliver a full management service including services charges, insurance, repairs, maintenance, inspections, management of arrears and more.
