New Commercial Property Lights up Wirra

Smith and Sons has been appointed to market new commercial venture, The Lightbox in Wirral.

Set on Abbey Street in Birkenhead, the brand new flexible commercial development has been designed in two blocks made up of some 20,500 sq ft of warehouse and industrial accommodation. Designed to offer maximum flexibility, units can be leased at areas ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 20,500 square foot. Construction commences on the 6th March and is due for completion in late Summer.

Considering its dock side environment, he Lightbox has been created to open up the site and expose the bustling area around, providing a light and contemporary working environment. With separate toilet and kitchen facilities and individual loading door, the site sits at six metres high, offering versatility for a range of businesses.
