AUTUMN 2025 PROPERTY AUCTION CATALOGIE REVEALED!

Smith and Sons has revealed details of its Autumn auction property catalogue, to be held online on the 24th September, 2025.

Comprising 23 lots, properties across Wirral and Liverpool, commercial and residential, are available.

Included within the auction are a significant number of flats set in modern purpose built style developments that would be ideal for owner occupation or to lease, realising a good rental income. There are also a number of terraced and semi-detached properties available, each requiring modernisation and upgrade works.
