NEW DOUBLE RETAIL OFFERING AT SMITH AND SONS

Smith & Sons has been appointed to let two prime retail units in Wirral.

The first property, a former hairdressers on 42 Pensby Road, Heswall, comprises a ground floor shop unit with basement storage providing 126.9 sq.m (1,366 sq.ft) of floor space. Currently trading as a hairdressers, the unit would be suitable for a variety of alternative uses subject to planning and sits in a great location on a busy thoroughfare.

The second property at 1188 New Chester Road in New Ferry again includes a secure ground floor shop facility extending to 52.40 sq. m (564 sq.ft). Formerly a watch repairers and prior to that a café, the unit offers flexible floor space and would be suitable for a range of purposes.

The property is situated on the main A41 trunk road linking the east side of the Wirral to the M53 motorway at Eastham.
