Smith and Sons has recently let 12 Egerton Court, marking a full house at the Wirral based industrial development.

Independent wholesalers, Newton, Hale and Sons, has taken on the final unit as part of the firms wider expansion plans. Built in 2004 the unit extends to 222 sq.m (2,392 sq.ft), benefitting from a shared service yard with five dedicated parking spaces.
