SMITHS ACQUISITION REACHES NEW HEIGHTS FOR PROPERTY CLIENT

Smith and Sons has completed the acquisition of a purpose built apartment block in Birkenhead, Wirral for a private client.

Dures Court on Ashville Road includes 20 self contained two bedroom apartments with 18 already subject to Assured Shorthold Tenancies with only two currently vacant.

The modern apartment block features balconies and ensuite bathrooms for all units, as well as allocated parking spaces for each.

“Our client recognised the scope of the investment with a fully let rental value of £138,000 per annum. We recognised time was of the essence for this deal and moved swiftly to secure the property at the right price.”

Smith and Sons Residential arm will now take over full management of the building.
