SALE OF PRIME OFFICE WIRRAL DEVELOPMENT

Smith and Sons has secured the sale of a prime Wirral office development, number 6 Europa Boulevard, to a Merseyside-based pension fund.

The property has recently been let to leading Debt Recovery and Enforcement Services, Jacobs, who have taken occupation of the entire building that sits across three floors, comprising some 12,000 sq ft of prime office space.

Situated in the Birkenhead town centre, in the heart of the commercial district, Europa Boulevard is a high end modern commercial development that is home to some of the borough’s leading businesses and organisations.

Former tenants of number 4 Europa Boulevard, Jacobs, has now relocated to number 6 Europa Boulevard, in a deal managed by Smith and Sons, adapting the flexible floors space to meet their own needs.
