Smith and Sons last property auction sale of 2019 will be held on 4 December at 2pm at the Village Hotel in Bromborough. 

On offer will be approximately £4m worth of property and once again the lots most likely to be of interest are houses in need of refurbishment, residential building land and high yielding investments.
