SMITH & SONS STRENGTHEN SURVEYING TEAM
Smith & Sons, has appointed Andrew Smith as Valuation Surveyor to strengthen the company’s growing Survey team in response to the improving property market.
Andrew will carry out inspections of residential and commercial properties for secured lending purposes and surveys prior to purchase. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he has over 16 years experience in the commercial property industry, formerly managing the commercial department of a Merseyside-based agency.
With a strong background working with national and regional public and private sector clients, Andrew joins a team of 40 at Smith & Sons who act on behalf of a broad spread of clients across the North West.
Wirral-based Smith & Sons has been at the forefront of the residential and commercial survey industry for many years and continues to grow and expand in the face of challenging economic conditions.
