SMITH AND SONS LET ABBOTS QUAY TO CAMMELL LAIRD
Smith & Sons, has leased Number Six Abbots Quay to Wirral-based shipbuilders, Cammell Laird Shiprepairers and Shipbuilders Ltd.
The internationally reknowned maritime specialists will re-locate its Group headquarters to the prestigious Abbots Quay Business Park in Monks Quay, Birkenhead, taking residence in a high spec building, set in a position adjacent to the shipyard.
Smith & Sons, acting on behalf of clients, has let the property, which extends to a total of 4,500 on a 10-year lease on full repairing and insuring terms. The business park includes six stand alone units situated along Wirral water front, offering a significant number of parking spaces set within a green, landscaped environment. Other tenants include construction solicitors, Kerrigans, marketing agency, ICE and accountants, The Priory Partnership.
Smith and Sons has acted as commercial property agents for the Business Park since its launch in 1999. With a combined total of 30,000 sq ft, across six detached buildings, Abbots Quay continues to attract leading Wirral businesses.
